So with the new update, we're supposed to be able to build these workshops? The only problem is that it's not letting me. When I try to build one, it does the zooming thing it does when loading the building program, but it doesn't work when attempting to build a workshop.

You need 3 available spaces to build a workshop, 2 available spaces for a barbershop. These are not like previous rooms which you merge together.
