Anyone encounter this issue? I have just completed the Tradecraft mission for the Railroad. When I return to the Railroad HQ Deacon speaks with Desdemona. Desdemona then offers me a chance to join the Railroad. I do not wish to join at this time and refuse and/or reply will think about it. At this juncture Desdemona just keeps repeating her offer to join the Railroad, the next quest does not trigger. Anyone have any similar problems? I tried saving, reloading game but nothing fixed problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.
