Radio thing that would have been fun

So I listen to a lot of old radio programs archived online, like the Red Skelton show, abbot and Costello, Mel Blanc. And in a lot of those, they leave in the original commercials.

I kinda wish they had done this in fallout 4. Adds for various businesses and places in the wasteland like Mr. New Vegas did on occasion.

"Hey there, friends, this is your host lonely Travis miles with a word from our sponsor...Do you want noodle? Sure you do. So head on down to Power Noodles, and get your noodle on."

Travis does that though. "Here's a thing... sort of a uhhhh, note. Choice Chops! We sell meat! ... stop asking if we sell anything else."

He does it then, too.

Personally, I think a more pre-war commercials would have been fun.

Sadly he stopped doing commercials a while ago. He seems to be a little stuck on Bobby No-Nose and a "thing" being built in the wasteland.

I would have loved it if that other radio station.. WRVR broadcast station, actually was a station. You've got a bunch of people sitting in there blabbing about how they wish they had new scripts to do on the air. Yet, they aren't on the air at all. They should have made it so you could find new radio teleplays to give them and then they'd broadcast it. It's such a weird thing to come across. I figured I had to raise the tower to get it's signal or something.. I spent about half an hour there before I went online to find out there's nothing to it.

Yeah, the radio station can get repeaty every now and then.. I seem to hear the same songs over and over and then get surprised when a song I haven't heard in a really long time comes on. "oh yeah, I remember that song.. where the hell has that been?"
