So recently Captain Kells stopped giving me the squire escort quests. However when I talk to him he says "Let me know when you're ready to take on another squire" I've tried loading and all sorts of different things nothing works. There is also no dialog wheel. Not Preston isn't giving me quests to help settlements. I only get them randomly if I'm in a settlement or when I leave Radio Freedom on by mistake. Is there a way to fix this?

EDIT: Now I cant complete "Cleansing the Commonwealth" the location Breakheart Banks will not clear even when I kill everything and the "Trouble Brewin" Quest is uncompleteable
