Does the radio room have a chance to call a Legendary dweller's yet? I played this months ago but have since been on fo4. Not sure if I missed this or if Beth is still behind on this needed change.

If yes, the percentage must be 0,0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% of success.

At first I was all about getting Legendary dwellers. This all changed as I progressed in this game and eventually understanding (by reading these forums), how the Endurance Stat/Dweller Level affects the health/HP. Which means a fully leveled and trained dweller from the wasteland is much stronger than a fully leveled and trained Legendary dweller.


With that said, the items from Legendary Dwellers is nice! Seeing the Legendary dwellers in your vault also brings some happiness also.
