I'll be starting a second play through of the game once the survival mode update becomes available. One issue though is, "Do I wanna try a different faction this time around?".
I have become committed to what the Institute represents, I don't see myself switching to the other factions to try them out as the new save is prospecting to be my new main save. My OCD is preventing me from experience the other scenarios available.
I'd love to go into a simulator which runs a restricted version of the main quests for each faction. It could be designed like this:
-You don't play as your main character, you play as an unnamed recruit.
-You gather the memory once you annihilated the faction by picking up a memory recording of the fallen(Or mailed to you).
Spoiler
-You go in with no items but are given a budget at the factions quartermasters to choose your gear during the scenario.
-The entire thing runs through what you would do if you were defending that faction, all leading up to defending the base and killing the Player Character to end the simulation (a glitch relating to the death of *simulant* characters perception at death and the Player Chacrater interfacing the memory).
This was done in "Broken Steel" as a past scenario. This would allow you to do everything on one character.
Furthermore, when you finish the simulation, you receive information on a cache relating to the inventory you had in the simulation. Your *Simulants* stash.
