I had a dweller who just finished getting fixed up at the "salon" when it was attacked by mole rats. I rushed some other dwellers into the room to deal with them, which prompted my still bandaged dweller to flee. Now that it's over, the dweller is still bandaged, but the symbol over his head to activate the new look is gone. Moving him back to the barber shop/salon does nothing and the option to customize him is no longer available. Assigning him to another room or sending him out to explore, makes no difference when trying to put him back in the salon. Other dwellers get the option to be customized as normal.
