Survival mode is being reworked to be like New Vegas's survival mode, except it now has more features like, diseases, no fast travel, and you can only save on sleep.

Wasteland workshop(i think or something like that)-you can make more stuff in your settlements and make your own arena. You can put like deathclaws and raiders in containment units and fight them or make them fight each other.

Then there is far harbor-New expansion that adds a new landmass that is "the largest we have ever created in a DLC" revolves around helping out a city thats having an issue the factions involved are synths, children of the atom, and just the other civilians in the city.
