I created a thread in the General Discussion forum, but I guess this is where I should have posted.

Since the update, not all of the items my explorers "find" out in the wasteland gets recognized by my vault upon return. Without fail, only 30-60% or so (it seems to vary) of the items that my dwellers come back with end up in my vault inventory once I let then back into the vault. It seems that the newest items (items found further out in the wasteland) are the ones that I end up with. The oldest items are the ones that don't go into my storage.

The last dweller returned with the max of 100 items, but I only received 58 in my inventory. The dweller before that returned with the max of 100 items, but I only received 34 in my inventory. The rest vanished. And no, I am not maxed out on item storage. I have over 600 slots of free space in my inventory. I have a huge buffer in that respect.

I'm not sure what to do. It really kills my motivation to play with this bug hampering my efforts to gather items.
