I can't remember how Enchanting skill worked in Morrowind now, been ages since I last played it.

I hope this means that magical weapons will charge up depending on your Enchanting skill and your enchanting skill determines the magnitude/duration of weapons you enchant.

I think that will be a fun skill to level.
