I like to build a powerful base to save human in the post-apocalyptic world. Thus i would like to know if DLC will provides some good thing on this purpose?

And it could be interesting to build a small boat and to control it . Like this i could to patrol on the Commonwealth sea. Power armor use power core why not an homemade boat or we could to assign a Companion to oar.

Dude, there is an entire DLC coming out that's dedicated to people like you who like that stuff.

Personally, I hope it stays to that one DLC. Settlements are too ingrained in this game as it is for my liking.
