Does this mean that if you dont help out your settlement, it wont always be a definite fail?
As in the settlement can still win and the message will show the percentage of damage or something?
I suppose that's correct, they'll update you saying whether your turrets or settlers took care of it or if you lost someone.
Also this is perfect, seeing how today's the 10th that means 15th of march MIGHT be the earliest for the automatron to be release.
Not to be a P.I.A. (and i guess i'll see for myself soon), buuuut...
Is it informative ? And accurate ? What's 'failing' mean ?
TY.
Thanks. I'm so friggin anxious they get this right. I want to tackle survival, but I really can't see myself being anything but rage quit insane with fail messages hitting my screen every 5 min.
There's still plenty of time for this to be fixed but with all the new content coming out they can'f fix everything immediately.
Yes. There's a screenshot somewhere I forgot, the message says: "Blabla Settlement successfully defended" or something like that.
Basically, there's a chance for them to success without your help.
You know sometimes I visit my settlements and I find some weapons laying around for no reason....
Maybe those were from successful defense.. or something else.
The day they fix this will be my new damn birthday.
I already have at least 50 enemies stuck in the ground...
and I cannot use any Cryolator, Cryo mine... and legendary freezing weapons that can be so much fun.
Ah thats much better, past few weeks ive lowered defenses down drastically as I never got any attacks (felt I was missing out) then boom, messages everywhere. Hated going to them every single time, so I put the defenses straight back up.
Now if my settlements can now actually defend without me actually being there, think il tinker with the defenses again.
Those auto-success is meaningful only if the damage to settlement is near 0 though.
I wonder how it works.
