I'm having issues launching Skryim. When I launch it from steam it will launch the window normally but will always display a message saying that it is detecting my video hardware. After setting my game settings automatically it will begin to check that the mods are up to date. It does this every time I try to start the game as if I was launching it for the first time. After it finishes checking for the mods I press play and it only seems to launch the game within a window that occupies about a third of my screen. These issues only began to happen after I did a factory reset of my PC to fix a virus issue. After doing a reset of the PC I re downloaded skyrim from steam and have been having this issue ever since. I don't really know of a way to fix it because skyrim was working fine before I did the reset. I also tried searching the forum but couldn't seem to find anything quite like this but I assume I am not the first to have a similar problem. Thanks in advance and I tried to be as detailed as possible so I apologize for the wall of text.
