I just started playing Arena the other day so I got out of the dungeon, travelled to Rihad, met the Queen, and she told me to go to Stonekeep. I accepted the quest and she said she marked it on my map. I couldn't find it on my map so travelled the lands outside of Rihad and plundered any dungeon I could find for two days in search of this "Stonekeep" all the while amassing thousands in gold and awesome gear. This afternoon I started to feel a bit impatient and thought "If ever, now would be the best time to plunder Stonekeep." So I look it up and everything I can find says that Stonekeep should be on my Provincial map, so I look at my map once again. I can find a "Stonedale," a "Sunkeep," and a "Stonemoor" but not a single "Stonekeep." Where in all of Hammerfell is Stonekeep and why can't I see it on my map?
