I will not mention the name of the place because that may be considered a spoiler

At this point in the game will 900 hours, about 500 on this toon, all i can really do is get more xp. I have built up all my settlements, and collected all the magazines and bobbleheads, along with some other collectibles, so really there is not much else to do.

The town I am talking about is big and is one the best places in the game to get a lot of kills and the xp that goes with it. Of course you always have to wait a while before you go back to an area. Well this area has been empty now for quite some time.

Has anyone else noticed this happening in places the enemies respawn.

Do radiant quests for the two BoS members in the Cambridge PD and sometimes they will send you to Quincy. When you get the quest, the town respawns. Sometimes they'll send you to GNN, Makhra Fishpacking, Big John's Salvage, or Hub City Auto Wreckers, all of which provide good xp. Quincy is definitely the best though.

It would, however, be nice if the whole map scaled to your level so that you didn't have to spend all your time down south to find enemies that provide good xp rewards.

Yes, i noticed after one of the beta releases that some respawning rates had changed at some locations.

Not at Quincy though, that remained the same but at some of the Mutant camps respawn rates were very long.

A limited number of some other places don't seem to respawn at all.

On top of that there are some places tied to scripted BOS patrols that would respawn just by leaving the cell.

The trouble for me is that i don't fast travel which means i am often passing quite close to some of those long spawn time areas which apparently resets the wait time for respawn.

I'm way past that point. The Brotherhood is dead, long live the Minutemen. i don't get radiant quests anymore.

So everyone figured out where i was talking about. That's funny. I thought i was waiting long enough, it was always long enough wait time before. But if going there to early resets the wait time...maybe i will just tear down a settlement and rebuild it. That should give me enough time.

I have a few spots i go to to get kills and since the last update they havent respawned.
