After clearing out Hangman's Alley, a Fast Travel Target has been created within the location. When fast travelling to Hangman's Alley you will be positioned OUTSIDE Hangman's Alley near the door with the yellow car/truck, not at the fast travel point. This happened after the update of Fallout 4 (patch 1.4).
