pip boy map i dont see any markers to guide me to destination . also i had to got to bunker hill to see stockton for dead drop i did not see a green marker over his head i notice that pip boys map on you tube stockton had a green marker

is there a setting to turn theses markers on and off . oh piper said that she put a marker on my pip boy and when i looked for it it does not show up

Are you activating quests by pressing A within the Pip Boy quest list? Only the active quests you've got selected have their markers placed on the map, and occasionally you may need to go in and activate others as you clear the markers that you have showing.


Piper's marker may be a location icon of a place you've not been to yet. These are the same type of icons that you see in other places on the map but are inverted in color. You can't fast travel to those, you'll need to go to those spots to 'discover' those locations first.

Press "J" for going to the Journal pane in the PipBoy and select the pane with quests. Use your mouse to click on quests for enabling or disabling the map marker. AFAIR, there is no marker if you have not discovered a place yet.
