Other than Arch Curate Vyrthur. If ancient snow elves are still walking around as vampires. Than where do they hide in Skyrim?

As far as story goes in Skyrim. How come we've never seen a Chimer or Dwemer vampire sitting around in Skyrim? (Other than the fact the devs didn't make any)

Unless the chimer that were already vampires had their skin turned to that of a dunmer's.....

I know in Morrowind we saw an undead Dwemer. But that was about it.

In Oblivion we saw Count Janus Hassildor of Skingrad, an Imperial, and Vicente Valtieri, a Breton.

I mean more like ancient races.

Not all of the Snow Elves were vampires. He was the only known vampire, and Gelebor seems to be just some kind of avatar.
