can one make robots(sentry bot, assaultrons) via the workshop ?

@ present under defense I can only make turrets and spotlights ..but if this is true, how or what perks etc ?

or is this purely for PC users ?

wow would have been a great idea if this was 'normally' available within the game too

the whole setllement would have been taken care of with a sentry bot or 2 instead of turrets and zig zag wires powering them
