for the last couple of weeks my lovely lady curie has had a constant clicking sound effect attached to her, almost like the heavy machine gun turrets or maybe the generator sound, i'm not sure.

i've tried removing all of her gear...nothing

switch companion, leave, come back, switch back to curie...nothing

uninstall, re-install...nothing

can't find anything to get rid of this bug, and it is too loud and too annoying to use her.

has anyone else had this problem...if so, have you found a way to get rid of it??

I had a similar problem centered in Red Rocket.
The exact same sound, like over amplified turrets.

It went away when I rolled back to a save before I had added an older version of some synths from Robot Home Defense, which I had recently updated.

The noise was annoying to say the least, but strongest for me at Red Rocket, which I use as a main base.

I am unsure what would cause it on a console, but it points to the base game engine if you are getting it too.
Here is to a swift fix to this bug for all of us.
