So you installed the Game from DVD and then bought the DLCs through Games for Windows Live?

Use this: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1086

Basically, you'll need to find the ESM files for the DLCs and put them in your non-LIVE Fallout 3 folder.

They're buried deep within the GFWL directories for your profile, but are named:

PointLookout.esm
Anchorage.esm
ThePitt.esm
BrokenSteel.esm
Zeta.esm

You'd also need the BSA files. The program I linked to should be able to move them all automatically.
