I really love what MCA does, but I'd prefer it not to add so many new items, faces and hairs. It really makes the NPC added by MCA stand out. Also, it feels weird to have the dialog topic "make love". So, is there any version of MCA, or a mod similar to MCA, that uses stock assets and doesn't contain silly stuff ?

There's Starfire's NPCs, but I've found that it's caused my game to crash in numerous instances.

It seemed stable enough when I used it. I would get occasional crashes but to rare to track down to any particular source. But I did get NPCs from the mod occasionally spawning with two shirts and no pants (and they weren't Nords) and other clothing anomalies like that. I've since moved to a much more vanilla game.
