After exploring Kellogg's memories, talking to Nick, and TRYING to talk to the doctor, the quest objective still says "explore Kellogg's memories." I've tried everything I could think of other than to completely scrap this play through. Loading a previous save, loading a save before getting this quest (losing about 2 hours of gameplay), waiting for 24 hrs, restarting the console, everything. Nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated because this seems to not only inhibit my ability to progress through the story, but also made it so my factions will only give me endless side quests.
