Maybe it's just me ....

.... but I was kind of hoping we'd be able to upgrade existing items - you know add more stats and power to some of the items we already have - not just create new items - which is ok I guess - some of it is cool - but most of it is stuff that I don't want/need - so meh. :sadvaultboy:

Same, when I had read that they were implementing crafting, I thought it would allow us to finnally decon all of the low level items into scrap and junk, to be used in making new and better weapons and arrmor. Kind of how Fallout 4 does its decon and crafting. But no, now all the common items I get back from trips are useless still, and getting caps from selling them is pointless as I have reached the 999,999 limit in caps back at 1.3 and had completely redid the vault to be self sustaining by setting up rooms efficiently with the use of Mr. Handy... I would like to see some kind of merchant that would allow me to use my caps to buy things in bulk, or something that allows the use of caps, also would like to see the cap for caps incressed passed 999'999 so that I can see how much I can get!

There are many other things I hope this game will implament, such as a button to max out each stampak or Rad-X a dweller is given each time you send them out, (I suggest pressing the icon to do this) and stacking all the items in the weapons and armor selection menu to eisly see what you have when giving things to your dweller. But yes OP, I too was disappointed in the lack of some features in the crafting system, maybe they will add more to the next update.
