you should test it out to help get it fixed.

I've never seen that, but I have run in to something odd since the 1.4 update.

I created a strip mall at a settlement and assigned settlers to each vendor booth.

When I walk up to them and try to interact they just say, "Yeah?" or "Huh?" and a few other one word responses like that.

I can't barter or trade with them because no dialog options ever come up.

I can't reassign someone else, I can't move them to another settlement, I can't remove the booths.

I haven't gotten the 'investor' perk yet or I would gladly try it for you.

i would make a video of the bug, but when the game crashes it deletes the save video option.
