Happy for you guys , here in Japan I have no clue if we ever gonna get the season pass or even any of the DLCs. (PS4)

There wasn't any money lost. I give it about a 99% chance that those 'free' season passes will not be honored.
From the terms of service on the Playstation Store terms of service - "Errors in listed prices, product descriptions, and associated terms and conditions may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled."

I know some people who nabbed it, and they haven't been charged yet.
We'll see, but stuff like this has happened before.
