Spirited Treasure covered it, though. Tuxedo. I think at the end of a main quest called Unlikely Valentine you'll face off with a guy wearing a tux - killing him is optional, but it's a choice you might want to make just to get his threads.

1. Random Suitcase found all over Commonwealth

2. Level 3/4 Cloth shop built in settlement.



For Suitcases, try some airplane wreckages.


Also various bunker with bed & trunk often have random apparels stored in them.

I loved the mustache, too! Wish that was a costume prop along with the glasses, like one of those Groucho Marx masks. That would be made of so much awesome.

There is also a clothing shop in Diamond City that occasionally has them. They're semi-rare loot, but I've found 4 so far just by scrounging .
