I have some locations i go to to gain exp/loot/legendaries etc. My problem is ever since the 1.4 patch these places have yet to respawn the enemies. Ive given each area enough time but they are just not respawning. Some places respawn dont get me wrong, but most of my favourite spots are just empty. The scrap items do spawn however, just not the enemies.

Yes, but it seems like you have to wait more than a week until every npc respawn. If one single npc spawns before other ones, there will be only one present. You may try to re-enter few times and see if there are any present. See some single legendary where several npc usual are. Some locations may not spawns at all, don't know why or any good reasons. If there are any reasons to have no level cap, be sure we have something to shoot or get xp one way or another.

everything respawns just like it's suppose to, we already went through this with the last patch, one or two guys tried saying some areas are not respawning like saugus iron works with last patch 1.3,you have to wait 30 days for the outside of saugus iron works to respawn, i tested it on a few locations, i haven't noticed anything different and i revisit certain locations often, like quincy ruins, saugus iron works etc, you might need to wait 30 days for some areas to respawn and if you go back before that it resets the timer so if you keep going to the same area to check it won't respawn.
