Settlement Category Cap Needs Fixing

A lot of wonderful things are being added to Fallout 4 (even without the CK) by our amazing modding community.

However, a simple coded limitation is severely hampering some of these wonderful mods.

I'm speaking of the settlement construction menu category cap.

Menus are getting bloated and overfull because if we add any new categories, it has a very high probability of conflicting with other mods.

We can use the Settlement Keywords framework, but even that doesn't fix category bloat. We really need the ability to add subcategories without conflict.

This is a plea to Bethesda to please, please, please do something about that category cap.

Increase it, remove it, make it something that can be set manually, *anything* to fix this problem.

We, the modders, are already adding wonderful content to this excellent game, and look forward to being able to do even more once the CK comes out.

But trying to do it with the category cap is like trying to put on powered armor while knee-deep in a deathclaw's maw. You might be able to do it, but it would be so much easier if you could remove the deathclaw.
