no idea
but since playing Witcher3 i made it a habit not to switch missions once i entered a mission location... it always leads to trouble.
Perhaps completing the Kellogg quest would be best
(or have you not visited Arcjet yet?)
This is a pretty unusual set of circumstances.
Seems a little harsh to label the game as 'broken'...
It doesn't happen from inside the location because in the game it doesn't let you fast travel when there are enemies nearby. It happens when I exit the location and fast travel to the Cambridge police station because for some reason once i step inside Kellogg's location it makes the bug appear and as soon as i fast travel and try to access the Cambridge police station it puts me under the map.
Thats the thing it still happens even if i complete the quest because that is where i first encountered the bug, i completed the mission and Paladin Danse called me back to the Cambridge police station and once i tried to enter the police station it put me under the map. It was little harsh to label game as broken but still its very frustrating to have something like this happen.

I have encountered a bug where I try to enter the Cambridge Police Station the game makes a weird sound and it puts me under the map. I find this happens when i enter Fort Hagen to find Kellogg and once i exit Fort Hagen and try and access the Cambridge police station. It does not matter if i finish the quest and kill Kellogg or not because once i enter Fort Hagen the bug occurs and whenever i try to access the Cambridge Police Station it puts me under the map. I have physically run there on foot instead of using fast travel to see if fast traveling has anything to do with it but it happens regardless. I have uninstalled and installed the game a few times and it does not change anything, every time i try to access the Cambridge police station it puts me under the map.
