This is going to sound a little confusing, so bear with me. There are two Chemistry Stations, but they look vastly different. One has a big tank on it, which I will call Chem Station, the other is an L shaped table, which I will call Chem Lab, in order to avoid any confusion in trying to understand what the problem is that I encountered.

So, today, while I was in Home Plate, I decided to craft a couple of Bottlecap Mines. So I went over to the Chem Lab, hit the button to use the it, the camera switched to third person, and was supposed to blur, but it did not. Instead, I was stuck in third person and could not use the Chem Lab. I had to Fast Travel to another location to be able to switch to first person, but I still could not use the Chem Lab. I crafted the other Chem Station and was able to use that, but I could not use the Chem Lab. I had to break it down. I re-crafted the Chem Lab and was able to use it again. I placed it where it was previously, and broke down the Chem Station.

I have no idea what caused it.
