I've noticed that sometimes when you use intermittent switches sometimes they fail to turn off even with the power off or removed. It's an irritating bug because it makes it much harder to create animated light displays in settlements. A simple solution would be to add a reset option for intermittent switches in the control terminal menu. I know everyone at Bethesda is busy with many other bigger bugs, but maybe if someone gets stuck on something big and needs an easy little break they could add this tiny bit of script?
