whenever in diamond city market , I see these two kids just running around in circles ( i think)

when talked, they got instructions not to talk with strangers

is this their only digital-unctionality or is there any missions linked to them ?

I've never seen them do anything else. There are some kids in the Schoolhouse, too, but I'm not sure they do anything, either.

There is an achievement that's kind of tied to it.

Kids? I guess I'll go tell Des to get some heavies to bomb them.
