This is not my first installation, so I don't really know why it's installing to begin with. All I can imagine is it's something to do with an update. My internet speed isn't amazing, but I left my xbox on overnight and let it download the installation, it went from 0-30% in about 10 minutes so really it shouldn't be moving up in percentage even with a slow internet speed. However it just seems to be stuck on 95% now and has been for over an hour. I've tried restarting the console, pausing and resuming the installation, turning my router off and on. Just about anything I can think of. Yet it's still stuck on 95%. Why? Anyone else had this problem?

But here it is.. Does you game say "Ready to Play" even with the bar at 95%?

I've had a few XboxOne games that do that.. you can play , then sometime later the bar goes from 95% to completed. Not surprising it jumped 30% in first 10 mins.. the update just scanned to see if you had the latest version for files that were updated in previous patches. Normally the last 10% takes the longest.

If the game won't launch, it might not have anything with your system, and everything with Xbox store.

It launches and stays on the what makes you special video and just keeps installing on that screen.
