OK so i've googled this and have seen a lot of stuff about it. Am i unable to repair limbs because i use mods? does this also affect unmodded games? is there a fix planned for this? is this WAI? or is it a bug that is now a ghetto-survival feature? like seriously what is going on here?! And it isnt something stupid like "ohh tesnewbie must be in game walking around and forgot how to toggle walk/run so he thinks he has limb damage". No thats not it because i'm looking at arm limb damage right now and am unable to repair it. Its very annoying having to reload saves because i cant heal arm damage or having to find a doctor (which so far i'm not wanting to do so i have to reload).

Are you using mods that might affect difficulty or healing?

As you said, if you google "fallout 4 crippled limbs bug" there are plenty of people talking about bugs relating to the crippled status getting stuck.

Are you using food or Stimpacks? I think only Stimpacks will fix crippled limbs.
