A Few Issues caused by Patches

So I haven't played Fallout 4 in awhile, i lost my saved games and just started anew.

But i am quickly realizing the game seems to be laggier and glitchier than it was on release week.

Issue 1:

Moving my camera around I was experiencing some camera lag, I reduced my shadow quality and I think it has been resolved for now.

(I was using Nvidia GeForce Optimized Settings for a 770gtx)

(Idk if the suggested settings have changed, but I have always used Nvidia's suggested settings and have never experienced lag in fallout 4 before)

Issue 2: (Issue Since Release)

NPC's are glitching on top of roofs more often than they did on release, specifically in sanctuary, during release week Preston Garvey stood on top of the players original home consistently, stayed there for quite a long time, now that depressed guy is standing on top of the workshop house across the street.

Issue 3:

Some textures are failing to load now, this never ever happened during my first play through, my texture settings and long distance object rendering things are all on Ultra, specifically right now I see the entire overpass's granite is very very low-quality probably loading its long-range LOD instead of its actual texture, even though I'm walking on it.

Issue 1: Maybe they changed something about that on the latest patch, so just try to find a workaround changing some options.

Issue 2: Just travel/load or even sleep and they should be down again. Happens sometimes.

Issue 3: Lower your view distance, and lower the DOD and ODF to "high", and see if that makes any difference.
