The first thing that came to mind was Kraftwerks 'We are the Robots' - a bit too obvious perhaps, but somehow it still manages to fit with Fallout's 1950s Americana.

Apparently they were done by two Dutch guys back in 1950's who pioneered electronic music before it became popular...almost 30 years later.
