I want to be able to manage trade routes from a settlement. This would be much more convenient then going from settlement to settlement to change trade routes.

So maybe add a book where we can change the routes, so if there are 2 trade routes, one from Sanctuary -> Red Rocket and one from Sanctuary -> Castle we can change it to Sanctuary -> Red Rocket -> Castle

They need to do something like that for all jobs
