I realize there has been a lot of discussion on this point. My approval rating at Sanctuary had plummeted and I 86'ed my jukebox and TV. The approval rose to 100%. The settlement has every thing the settlers could possibly want including stores and what not. I spend a good bit of time there. But my approval has started dropping again. Any other workarounds would be appreciated....

not sure, but after you get the Steam achievement for 100%, does it really matter?

I guess it doesn't REALLY matter , but from a RPG standpoint I want my home settlement to be , well, perfect.

I'm lucky to keep my settlements around 80 - 83%. I've been eyeing a mod that lets you place a jukebox that boosts Happiness like 9,999 points or something --- just out of SPITE because it's so hard to raise it "logically".

I got 100% at railroad station. used minimalist approach that is all over these forums. Worked like a champ after 5 days.

Sanctuary is my biggest and it is stuck at 96. but I no longer care for their happiness. they take care of themselves.
