I guessed correctly (from the trailer) where in the wasteland that the DLC starts.

Valve at their usual tomfoolery, they will probably think everyone gets it at midnight US EST, which would be 4 hours later GMT.

While Steam, Xbox, and PS4 (Europe), the North American release is coming tomorrow. It might be a couple hours earlier than 1pm, but it's definitely not happening tonight.

We are talking with Sony to see how we can get DLC releases coming out at midnight in North America.

But as you know Valve isn't as 100% reliable. If it starts downloading at 4am on steam you know that they set the time for midnight EST for everyone. Wouldn't be the first time they did this.
