So I was sitting here at work telling coworkers about a funny story between myself and my fiance concerning Fallout 4 and I was curious if others have similar experiences with their loved ones.

My fiance is playing Fallout 4 and she really enjoys it! She's not a gamer but likes this game and she came upon a black bloatfly and she was joking and said "of course its black" (she's a black woman) and I turned to her and said "Black Bugs Matter" and she died laughing and nearly rolled out of the bed.

I was curious do any of you and your loved ones share Fallout 4? Make jokes about it, play it together or have any funny stories to tell of it?

Well, I'm single, but my friends make fallout 4 jokes and references all the time. I was once accused of being a synth for an entire week! Wasn't allowed to do many things without someone chiming in and calling me a synthetic abomination.

I'm single but I work with people who play fallout 4. I don't really have any funny stories to tell but we talk about who found what and where things are. who needs a guide when you got friends who play the game lol

My girlfriend plays as well, there's a good bit of fallout banter and all is well.

I tried to get her to sing that "baby it's just you" to me once. In hindsight maybe 'Lynda Carter has a sixy voice' was not a good opening line

On a more serious note, me and my Ex broke up a month or 2 before FO4 came out (unrelated) and i was like "I ain't even mad"

no issues with family.. they let me play. but they don't, so I have to throw out the "General, Something else has come up.." to my friends at work who do!

I yell out "War never changes" when I finish.

gf has never heard of fallout. she keeps asking what that means

My PS4 was showing me that one of my married friends was playing FO4.


I asked him about it, and he told me it was his wife playing and he was worried that she was playing it way more than him. lol

My husband plays it in XBox One and I play it in PS4. We both played FO3 and FONV extensively in the past, got this game almost at the same time and already purchased the Season Pass for each console. I help him to go around sometimes because he gets lost easily and he helps me with weapon modding because I am really bad at it. We make jokes such as "What about some Crispy Squirrel Bits for dinner?" "Ouch! My knee hurts. I need a Stimpack", and things like that.

My gf hates videogames. She'll watch my 600 lb life but won't even consider playing fallout. Oh well....

My wife is the one who bought the game, probably trying to tell me something.........She's not a gamer, but we used to get all trashed and she would try out CoD back in the day. Was funny, but with her talking on there, endless friend requests. I did move the PS4 up from the man cave when we had our little one, so if I play it, its the TV that has the DVR on it, so she can't watch her stories. The little one loves dog meat though. The brahmin too.

My wife hates games. She watches HGTV making a list of all the house improvements I'm not doing because I'm playing FO4 instead.

My girlfriend does not play fo4, but may some time in the future. She doesnt like to game with out a desk to sit at. She cant play in bed like I can

My boyfriend was a fan of F3 but not too interested in F4, he's busier with more social games. Meanwhile I've dumped 300+ hours into it so far. It's a bummer because he's not really interested in talking about it with me at all D=

i'm lucky, i have a gamer wife

she spends more time on gaming than me....

and since we're closing in on the 50's, i can enjoy this

I discuss Fallout with my daughters, does that count?

My wife doesn't play but she thought Nick Valentine was pretty cool because she loves all the old film noir and detective movies.
