My season pass disappeared

Hi there. My season pass has disappeared from my console, as far as I can tell. I don't know why or when. But I did Factory reset it a while ago because the console as a whole was having big issues. But I didn't notice it gone then. I only noticed today March 22 when I tried to access Automatron this morning. The season pass wasn't there. I do not have the code any longer, or else I would have tried reentering it, I assume it got thrown away, but I am sure that I redeemed it. Because I got it and the game the day of release. I am positive I did everything within that week. I just wanted to know if there is anything I can do besides paying $50 for something I already spent the original $30. Is there anything I can do?

I tried emailing this to their support first, and it didn't help, then I couldn't reply to their useless email either because of some other stupid reasons. And I have scoured Google and even tried sugarbombed but that hasn't helped yet.

Go to the xbox store - find fallout 4 and there should be an option to reinstall the season pass for free because you've already bought it - if not you should of received your billing invoice from Microsoft confirming your purchase on the day you bought the season pass.

I tried that, it just says but now or whatever with the new price. And I bought it from Gamestop. Would it still be there?

If you have redeemed it, you can redownload it for free. If that option isn't there, are you sure you redeemed it? Because even if the price changes, bought is bought and you can always redownload.

I'm certain I redeemed it, I remember seeing it next to the game on my Xbox. Like where DLC is normally placed. But now it just isn't there.

How and saying what? I tried going to their support page, but I didn't find any thing that I could do. Like I didn't find any way to send them my issue.
