I absolutely hate this "feature" coming. I may be unlucky, but I crash and freeze a lot so I must save often. I also don't want to walk all over the place as that is boring and repetitive. This new mode will ruin my game and the way I enjoy playing. I also love farming legendary items from enemies. Now that enemies and loot will not be replenished nearly as fast, this is a deal breaker for me. I don't want to drop down to very hard either. So, I can simply avoid this update at all costs right? May ruin future content for me as I do have season pass, but this has crossed the line for the way I enjoy the game and will risk anything to keep it out of my game.

How about you just don't play the new mode?

I play and enjoy survival now. The way I understand is they are changing the current survival mode. A win-win would be a new difficulty mode selection, but what I gather it is an adjustment to the current survival difficulty level.

I guess you'll have to drop back down to Very Hard, or wait and actually try the new mode before making an opinion.
