When we first started hanging together, I noticed how he often changes clothes. I thought it was cool but we were going into some dicier areas so I put him in Military Fatigues and Combat Armor.

Now he won't go back to the lovable quick change artist I remember, even after I gave him back the outfit that popped into his inventory when I equipped the Fatigues (he was wearing Laundered Loungewear)

Is there any way to fix this? Going back to a save before I gave him the Military Fatigues is not an option. He's wearing the Laundered Loungewear but he still goes back and forth from bald to pompadour at random.
