NEED HELP, does anyone know how to UN-glitch a character ? I've been thru Bethesda SUPPORT Team followed their instructions , still glitched,

I've bought the digital version thru Xbox, they refunded me in full, for game and season pass, i port forwarded my router, called every support team under the sun, I'm a level 58 dweller and have way over 200 hours into fallout 4, finally i unloaded and went to store and purchased the hard copy,
