Didn't realize getting support through the website would be so hard. I've been playing every day for a few weeks now...only to have the game skip over my 7th day bonus. I submitted a question to support only to get an immediate canned answer that they can't really help me.
Man, that's disappointing. It's one lunchbox. There's no reason I know of it should have skipped over that day. I didn't do anything to my phone to make it think it was a different day.
The really frustrating part is I received a note before the bonus reset on me about the Easter sale. I was going to pick up some boxes at half off. Now I'm probably just going to delete the game.
Ugh.
