No Video Hardware Identified (Help Please)

Hey there.

I've been having some troubles running Fallout 4 recently. Whenever I attempt to launch it, it'll get to around the point where it first shows the Bethesda Studios logo. Around then, the game instantly crashes without any error messages. I've tried hitting reset in the options tab on the game launch menu, and it'll always say "Your video hardware was not identified. Video settings have been set to low quality. I have played Fallout 4 in the past, and it worked fine, even on low quality. (Since I have a crap computer I had to set it to that). Now it'll just crash and nothing will happen. Here's what I've tried:

Re-Downloading the Game

Re-Downloading Steam

Checking my computer's specs to see if it can run the game well (Not sure if done right)

Updating my Drivers (NVIDIA GeForce GT 730)

Using Windowed and Borderless mode

Following all current guides I can find

Entering "Beta"

This svcks especially as I recently bought the season pass and since we all know Atomotron just came out. If anyone has the same problem and/or can help me with my troubles, that would be greatly appreciated.

Verify your game cache files through steam first...and if that doesn't work:

Delete all your ini files in those two folders:

C:\Users\[Your Username]\Documents\My Games\Fallout4

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4

and verify the game cache files again.

-------

Also before you start the game, move all your existing saves from within *Fallout 4 saves folder, to another folder (so make a new folder), and try starting the game that way.

Then start over, and make a new character.

*So, leave that folder empty: C:\Users\[Your username]\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Saves

Frankly I'm surprised a 730 even ran the game in the first place.
