running a i5 4690k OC to 4.7 ghz and a r9 390x with a 22% OC its runs anything on ultra and ive had all the hardware and software checked over many times and still i cant run fallout 4 on any settings the fps sits at 60 but the game will freeze up a lot and eventually crash and i know for a fact my card maxes this game no prob, all other pc parts are top of the line not sure, but since it came out the only way i can play it is on my xbox one lol, cant change the title for some reason but yes i see the typos i wasnt paying attention.

DOes the same crash happen in the same place? Does it freeze or crash as in you see the desktop eventually? Or do you have to kill the process manually?

I wonder about these cards. Check the event viewer. Look at the application and system logs. Under the windows logs folder. Start menu textbox type event viewer.

Look for driver not responding.
