My vault has reached the 200 dwellers limit, but I have lots of pregnant woman around. They are actually a nuisance as they flee for any attack or fire or roaches. I can't send them out, so they can't be killed. I COULD send out low-level dwellers out the vault so they can give birth..... but that is not stopping new babies coming in!?

What to do ?
