I got to this point and killed all the raiders at Federal Ration Stockpile, just like instructed, but it never showed the "completed objective: kill all the raiders" and now I simply can't complete the quest.

I've tried reloading it a couple times and killing the raiders all over but get the same effect. Could this all be because I saved the Minutemen quest line until very last after completing the main story?
